Paul Merrett is chef director at Jolly Fine. He has a deserved reputation for Modern British food with an Asian twist. His cooking was awarded a Michelin star at the Greenhouse before he moved into gastropubs to get closer to customers.
Paul trains and develops all chefs in the Group. He’s also a successful author of three cookbooks and often appears on TV.

Our @Home Menu Boxes are available for pick-up from the Fox and Grapes in Wimbledon and The Victoria in East Sheen.
We’re currently offering two services!
Friday Night Takeaway
Order by 9:00PM on Wednesday and collect your box between 4.00 – 6.00PM Friday
Weekend Family Roast
Order by 9:00PM Thursday and collect your box between midday – 2:00PM Saturday

Our Friday Night Takeaway Box menu includes a main with sides and a dessert.
The Weekend Family Roast menu includes a starter, main course and dessert.
You can choose the number of diners you wish to cater for.
We’ve made things really easy for you and done all of the preparation so you’ll just need to finish the dishes off at home.
Each box comes with simple cooking and plating instructions.
All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well sealed and will keep fresh in the fridge for 48 hrs.
The cost of each @Home Menu Box depends on the menu options selected and the number of diners. We are offer menus for adults and children.
We have taken care of the preparation. Just follow our simple instructions, provided in your menu box to heat and plate-up your meal.
